Affair Elegance, LLC specializes in providing Convenience, Luxury & Elegance for all types of events. There is no event too BIG or too small for us. We plan Weddings, Corporate Events, Spiritual Celebrations & Events, Birthday Celebrations, Anniversaries, Baby & Bridal Showers & more. We are located in Montclair, NJ and plan events in the NYC Tri-State area including Destination Weddings.

All of the services we provide can be easily tailored to suit the needs of your event. Contact us to set up a “Getting to Know Us Consultation” to discuss the needs of your Special Event, Meeting or Wedding. An Event Planner, Meeting Manager or Bridal Consultant will be happy to assist you.

Full Service Special Event and Wedding Planning can start from the initial budget to the day of the event. We will assist with every facet of the Special Event or Wedding from start to finish.
Partial Planning can start where you need it. We can assist with just the planning stages of the Special Event or Wedding, just vendor referrals or the Day of the Event only.
Day of Coordination starts 4-6 weeks prior to your Special Event, Meeting or Wedding depending on the type. We will meet with you discuss the details that you already have in place for your Special Event, Meeting or Wedding, contact vendors, review the contracts, set – up timelines for vendors, venue and event participants, etc. create floor plans, seating arrangements and manage the event and trouble shoot unexpected issues on the Day of.
Consultation Only is for the individual or company who is handling all of the details of the Special Event or Wedding themselves but want a little guidance and/or vendor referrals.
Image Consulting is all about making you fabulous for your Wedding or Special Event. We can assist with the overall desired style and attire selections to coincide with the ambiance of the Special Event, Meeting or Wedding even if you are just attending. Design & personal shopping services can be provided as needed.
Post Special Event, Meeting & Wedding Coordination Services are great for those who don’t have the time deal with the details after the Special Event, Meeting or Wedding is over. Especially for those who need to immediately move on to their honeymoon, next event or project.
Travel Planning is for Destination Weddings, Honeymoons, Meetings & Special Events as well as for local events in which have out-of-town guests, attendees and/or presenters. Hotels/Resorts, Car Rentals and Flights can all be arranged through our travel division. Travel fundraising programs for non-profits can be coordinated as well.
